Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this email finds you all well and that you and your family had a lovely summer break.
All children return to school on Thursday 31st August. Doors open at 9.05am and class begins at 9.20am. School finishes at 2.00pm for junior and senior infants and at 3.00pm for 1st class up to 6th class. Collect junior and senior infants from their teachers at the school doors.
The new Junior infants will finish at 12.00 noon up to and including Friday September 15th.
We extend a warm welcome to our new families this year. I hope you settle in well. Contact your child’s teacher if you have any questions.
Help keep your child and all our children safe on the road. In the mornings, drop and go. Park at the community playground if you want to wait with your child at the school gate. In the afternoons, park away from the school exits. Children are small. They cannot see moving traffic if you are parked at the school exits.
All children MUST wear the school uniform every day
The school tracksuit is for PE days only. Your child’s teacher will let you know when to wear the PE gear.
All children MUST bring their stationery to school. Free school books and copies will be provided by the school.
School lunches and a water drink will be provided free to your child by the school. Please let the teacher or secretary know if your child no longer wants to receive a school lunch.
Please pay your child’s school charges by E-payments. You should have received an email yesterday with a link.
