We are delighted to share that St. Attracta’s National School has been awarded a Féilte bursary from the Teaching Council of Ireland!
In partnership with Scoil Phádraig, Westport, this bursary will support us in exploring creative ways to build leadership skills as we introduce the new Primary School Framework. From February to June 2025, our project will focus on the new Primary Mathematics Curriculum, helping us develop teacher leadership to enhance pupils’ learning in maths.
The Teaching Council will share the results of our work with schools across Ireland, helping other schools benefit from our experience as they navigate curriculum changes.
We look forward to this exciting journey and the positive impact it will have on our pupils and staff!
